The occupier pays for their own electrical and water consumption.Levy Stabilization Fund (LSF) shall be R3000 for all new transfers payable by purchaser.
Each owner contributes R3990 (2008 rates) to the central club for Home Owners Membership. Such membership allows for 6 people at members rates. (2 principal and 4 roving memberships)
